Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to join one of our Staffing/Workforce Solutions clients and sit fully remote. This person will be joining the ERP product team to drive the adoption of new tracking systems across the country. The initial stage will be a pilot program to a few selected locations and then continue into a full implementation across their 200 branch offices. This person needs to have experience training thought leaders across these branches to make sure the deployment goes smoothly, quickly, and successfully. The goal of this Change Manager is to make sure field agents feel seen, taken care of, and empowered to be successful with these new systems in place before and throughout these continuous deployments/rollouts continue across the organization into middle and back office.

7+ years of experience within as a Change Manager in an enterprise environment
Experience driving adoption and systems integrations to brick-and-mortar/branches (industries: retail, banking, staffing, food and beverage, real estate, etc.)
Jira experience for program/progress tracking and Microsoft Teams experience for collaboration
Willing to travel to collect field data after initial rollout
