Job Description

Our client is looking for a Staff Selection/Recruiter in the Atlanta area. This recruiter plays a significant role in sourcing candidates for our distribution centers and specialized positions around the country. They would be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates and facilitating the full interview process while ensuring quality candidate experience. Required Skills & Experience

Active utilization of all relevant sourcing and industry sites and networks.
Develop candidate pipelines for specific requisitions and job categories.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assess candidate fit for our clients role profile.
Experience recruiting on light industrial roles (warehouse, CDL drivers, etc.)
Experience working in high volume, high accountability, environment
4+ years as a recruiter
Bachelor's degree (required to convert to staff)
Experience working in any ATS -- iCIMS is a plus
