Job Description

1) Review and validate the accuracy and viability of the submitted baseline schedule as subsequent updates and produce schedule review comments

2) Effectively communicates with the Contractor regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings

3) Reviews Contractor's Baseline schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope is identified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides written detailed schedule review comments

4) Coordinate with amazon stakeholders (Commissioning, Controls etc.) to ensure their scope, timeline and durations are accurate

Average Pay Rate Range: 60-105/hr

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor in a Mission Critical Environment or Data Center

* 4+ years of experience as a lead scheduler on large scale mission critical projects

* Mid to advanced experience in Primavera Software (P6)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* PSP, PMI-SP, or PMP Certification

* 5+ Years as a lead scheduler on a large or Hyper Scale Data Center projects
