Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver infrastructure-focused initiatives, with an immediate emphasis on a server refresh project. This role requires a hands-on leader who can establish structure, drive processes, and confidently engage with technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a commanding presence, and proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects.

Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hr

Key Responsibilities
• Take full ownership of infrastructure projects, serving as the primary point of accountability from initiation through completion
• Lead the current server refresh project, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed
• Establish and refine project management processes, governance, and reporting standards
• Actively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and timely decision-making
• Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools such as Excel, ServiceNow, and/or Smartsheet
• Provide clear, consistent status updates and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, operations, vendors, and leadership
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated success managing projects involving server, data center, or core IT infrastructure upgrades
• Strong ability to define processes, drive structure, and bring order to complex environments
• Hands-on experience with project tracking and reporting in Excel, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident, decisive leader with a strong personality who can take charge and drive execution

• Experience leading server refresh or similar infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
• Comfortable pushing back when needed while maintaining strong working relationships
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and accountability
