Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data archiving, data structure integration, systems integration, and Power BI reporting projects. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with SAP, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and application integrations within the retail and dining industry. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance business intelligence and operational performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead end-to-end project management for data archiving, data integration, and BI reporting initiatives
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Manage integration of complex data structures across enterprise systems, including SAP and POS platforms
• Oversee system and application integrations across retail and dining environments
• Coordinate with data engineers, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Drive development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Ensure data consistency, governance, and compliance across integrated systems
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Provide regular project updates, insights, and recommendations for leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in data and systems integration environments
• Proven experience with data archiving strategies and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of data structures and integration methodologies (ETL/ELT)
• Experience managing complex system integration projects
• Hands-on experience delivering Power BI reporting solutions
• Familiarity with SAP environments and enterprise data ecosystems
• Experience working with POS systems and transactional data flows
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with retail and/or dining (FSR & QSR) technology ecosystems
• Knowledge of POS platforms
• Experience integrating ERP, POS, inventory, and financial systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with data warehousing and large-scale enterprise data environments.

Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
