Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Project Administrator/Coordinator to support the execution of a large-scale program. This is a six-month contract role, ideal for a junior-level professional with strong attention to detail and an interest in building a career in project management. The selected candidate will gain valuable exposure to the operations of a complex, enterprise-level program in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be local to Atlanta and comfortable with a hybrid work schedule of 4 days/week in office.
- Collating/Summarizing status reports from multiple workstream project managers
- Drafting weekly project newsletter (based on status, issues, etc.)
- Getting action items from project manager meeting notes uploaded into official RAID log
- Maintaining changes/updates from detailed project plan to summary program plan (in MS Project, MS Team Planner)
- Capturing meeting minutes when needed
- Scheduling follow up meetings when needed
- Updating project metrics provided by workstreams into master dashboard
- Escalate/Highlight/Follow up when:
o Project managers have not submitted statuses by the deadline
o Status reports highlight yellow/red statuses, new issues added
o RAID items past due date
o Etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- MS Project – basic skill level – understanding of how MS Project works and the ability to read a plan, ability to make an update to the plan to match direction given, understands how dependencies work
- MS Teams – used for document storage
- MS Team Planner – some plans are in Team Planner, RAID log is in Team Planner
- MS Word/Power Point – Basic (Status reports are in Power Point format)
