Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Program Manager to lead and execute integration efforts following mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, strong operational acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally across global teams. You will be responsible for managing integration plans, collaborating with departments such as HR and IT, and ensuring alignment with corporate roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end post-merger integration initiatives, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop and maintain integration playbooks to define and evolve the Integration Management Office (IMO) structure, roles, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to assess due diligence findings and translate them into actionable integration plans.
Work independently to manage integration efforts, often as the sole lead, while maintaining alignment with global business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Represent integration frameworks and progress in executive-level meetings and steering committees.
Navigate and manage data rooms, ensuring structured documentation and secure access.
Utilize Microsoft Teams, Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and MS Workflows to support integration tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
This role is open to remote candidates within the US who are willing to travel to Atlanta or Miami 10%
Pay rate will be determined during the interview process by the hiring manager with expectations between $100-150/hr.

5+ years of experience in post-merger integration, corporate development, or strategic program management.
Proven experience within the Insurance industry.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
Experience with Transaction Service Agreements.
Strong understanding of global business operations and IT alignment.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint, and MS Workflows.
Experience working in or managing data rooms and confidential environments.
Post-merger integration certifications (e.g., PMI-PBA, M&A Integration Certification).
Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
