Job Description
We’re looking for a mid-level Oracle EBS R12 Developer with strong PL/SQL and production support experience. This role sits within an application support team responsible for maintaining critical enterprise systems, resolving production issues, and ensuring stability across Oracle EBS and integrated platforms.
This is a support-heavy role focused on L2 debugging, ticket resolution, and system stability, with a strong emphasis on SCM modules.
Provide L2 production support for Oracle EBS R12 (ticket handling, issue resolution, debugging)
Develop and maintain PL/SQL objects (packages, procedures, functions, triggers)
Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues
Support Oracle EBS SCM modules (primary focus) and Finance (nice-to-have)
Analyze issues and translate business problems into technical fixes
Support integrations between EBS and external systems
Assist with testing, deployment, and post-production validation
Pay Rate Negotiable Based on Experience: $10-15/HR USD

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12
Strong hands-on PL/SQL development and debugging experience
Proven experience in production support (L2) environments
Experience with SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Experience working with ticketing systems and SLAs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to Finance modules within EBS
Experience with integrations (SOA, Oracle Fusion, or cloud-based ERP systems)
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
Experience supporting global teams and applications
