Insight Global is seeking a National Account Manager of Home Improvement to join one of our manufacturing clients in the Atlanta, GA area. This role involves serving as the principal contact for national home improvement accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving consistent sales growth. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, leading negotiations on pricing and promotions, and monitoring sales data to adjust strategies. The role requires aligning sales initiatives with retailer goals, utilizing omni-channel strategies, and managing in-store merchandising. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams is essential, as is providing market insights and managing forecasting. Performance tracking involves analyzing KPIs, conducting business reviews, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems. The role also includes resolving account-related issues and providing strategic recommendations based on data analytics and consumer trends.

-Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
-9+ years of sales experience, with 7+ years of managing national retail accounts within the home improvement sector.
-Expertise in category management, retail merchandising, and omni-channel sales strategies.
-Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
-Ability to travel up to 30% within North America.
-Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge.
-MBA or Masters degree preferred.
