Job Description

Need to have Supply Chain Industry Experience

Need to have Hardware and Software UX Experience

As a Mid-Level Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our digital products. Your expertise will span the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive, and effective user interfaces. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Process:

o Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless user journey.

o Conduct user research, gather requirements, and define user personas.

o Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

o Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

2. Design System Familiarity:

o Work within established design systems or contribute to their evolution.

o Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

o Advocate for design best practices and guidelines.

3. Toolset Proficiency:

o Figma: Proficient in using Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and handoff.

o Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.

4. User Research and Testing:

o Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.

o Analyze data to inform design decisions.

o Iterate based on user feedback.

5. Ecommerce Emphasis:

o Understand the unique challenges of ecommerce design.

o Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and navigation for conversion.

o Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with business goals.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 3 to 5 years in UX design, working on various projects and managing design and development teams.

* Ideally, experience working through complex b2b eCommerce flows. Alternatively, experience in supply chain, or other industry with a similar level of complexity.
