Job Description

The Mail Assembler is responsible for supporting high volume print and mail production operations. This role focuses on physical assembly, sorting, and preparation of outbound mail pieces in accordance with established quality and production standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Assemble printed materials, cards, envelopes, and correspondence according to defined work instructions
• Sort and prepare mail pieces for outbound distribution
• Perform repetitive manual tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify completeness and correctness of assembled materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to onsite leadership
Required Qualifications
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform light lifting throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
