Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Technician to join a large media client to sit 5 days a week in Atlanta, GA. This candidate will be primarily supporting an offsite location which holds production house studios, sound stages, 4 conference rooms, and will be responsible for day to day troubleshooting as well as AV conference set up and support. This person must be able to troubleshoot Microsoft O365 products and have previous conference room and AV troubleshooting support. This person will be supporting pop-up events, vendor relations, and stakeholder support. The current environment is comprised of immersive solstice, VB1 sound bars and Samsung consumer displays. The facility will be transitioning to Logitech and this person will be supporting large screen displays, multi-channel audio mixing boards, switchers, cabling, etc. This person must have incredible verbal and written communication, as well as manicured professionalism as they will be troubleshooting and interacting with C-suite executives. This person will be the primary IT/AV point of contact on site.
- 3-5+ years of experience in an IT support role within an enterprise level environment
- Strong networking and helpdesk troubleshooting skills, with a focus on Audio-Visual conferencing
- Strong experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 products (Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and professionalism
- Ability to provide white glove service to C-Suite executives and support groups of 15-20 members
