A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT PM to join their team. They will be assigned to projects focused on infrastructure. Need experience with Agile/Scrum.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years experience in an IT environment with project management accountability for
projects of varying size and scope.
Strong experience gathering project requirements, resource and release planning
Experience with IT development, IT quality assurance and IT engineering functions
Excellent facilitation & communication skills within teams and across business
departments
Experience using Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
and SharePoint
Experienced with all parts of the SDLC and software development methodologies
Balance multiple tasks and proactively prioritizing work under changing conditions is a
must.
Should have the experience and skills needed to navigate complex organizations,
including communication, interpersonal relations, and group development.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are imperative.
Capable of strong problem solving, technical, analytical, mathematical, organizational,
decision making and administrative skills and be capable of handling multiple projects
simultaneously
Successful candidate should possess the following competencies: Creativity and
Innovation, Decision Making, Interactive Communications, Relationship Building, Results
Management.
Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank
Secrecy Act regulations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field of study
5+ years experience leading agile SCRUM or KANBAN teams
2+ years experience as scrum master or product owner using agile project management
methodologies
PMP or PMI-ACP certification or equivalent
Experience working within an Enterprise Agile PMO or project governance team
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
Experience working in credit union or financial services industry
Overall knowledge of Symitar software, Delta Community Credit Union procedures and
policies
