Job Description

The Insight Global's law firm client is seeking an International Arbitration Paralegal to join our International Arbitration practice. This position provides paralegal support to attorneys on our International Disputes team and will report directly to the Director of Administration.

Required Skills & Experience

A Bachelors Degree is required
5+ years of international arbitration experience in a mid-to-large size law firm

Highly organized, detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel

Knowledge of data bases used to store and sort documents such as Relativity
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and communicate well with all levels of personnel

Experience with onsite international hearings; must have the ability to work overtime including weekends

Some international travel will be necessary

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

OTHER:

Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
