An employer is looking for a highly skilled hybrid Sr Construction Project manager to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you'll join a growing team and work to manage several large scale projects at a time, typically within the contract range of $10-$100 million.
Responsibilities:
-Develop contacts and quickly build relationships with potential customers.
-Effectively negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
-Consistently achieve high levels of quality, design and profitability on projects assigned to the team.
-Assure the teams accounts receivables are managed effectively and collected promptly.
-Assure the teams warranty issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
-Assure that general team administrative responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.
-Participate or lead owner/client presentations and negotiations.
-Oversee design development, budget preparation and development of project schedules.
-Supervise team of Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required, depending on assigned project(s).
-Play a key role in developing procurement strategy including preparing bid documents, negotiating and awarding subcontracts. Builds trusting and productive relationships.

-Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management
-10+ years of experience working within construction project management
-Bulk of experience must be focused on managing projects from $10-$100 million in contract
-Familiarity with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing
-Proven ability to manage multiple project types and complexities
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients
-At least 6 months of experience in both estimating/preconstruction and fieldwork
-Ability to go into their office in Atlanta, GA 4x/week (WFH on Friday)
