An employer is looking for a highly skilled hybrid Construction focused Sourcer to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you'll join a growing team and partner with several dedicated construction focused recruiters to help identify talent for construction focused projects. This client is forecasting some growth later this year and next and is therefore looking to add to their team. In this role you will identify candidates to be screened for various construction focused roles for their recruiters to fully vet and submit to the dedicated hiring manager. This client is located in Atlanta, and operates off a hybrid model. They typically go into the office Tues - Thurs, and work remotely Mondays and Fridays, therefore you must be local to the Atlanta metro area to be eligible for this role. This team also recently implemented Workday as their applicant tracking tool, therefore any prior experience working with Workday will help you be successful on this team.
