Job Description

The HRIS SucessFactors Analyst provides support & troubleshooting for the backend HRIS team. Helping employees with payroll, benefits, and system related inquiries and tickets. The issues may also concern (but are not limited too) direct deposits, missing pay, tax changes, wage garnishments, benefits, enrollments, system navigation, and password resets. This person will be responsible for resolve and completing level 1 and 2 issues/tickets. Oversee, manage, and maintain workflows, role-based permissions, business rules, etc. in Employee Central. Conduct data audits inside of SuccessFactors frequently to ensure accurate payroll, work with the payroll team on issues and system requirements needed for our weekly/biweekly payroll cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of overall experience in an HRIS role where they are reporting on data at an executive level
1+ year of experience with UKG and SuccessFactors. Must have past experience troubleshooting Level 1 and Level 2 tickets.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent amount of work exp
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
