Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a HR Manager for a direct-hire opportunity that sits in Monterrey Mexico. This manager will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement. The manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and productivity. Ultimately, the HR Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by building a strong, capable, and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
•Develop and implement HR handbook following US strategy but following Mexico's employment law - You will be implementing US policies unless it violates labor laws in Mexico.
•Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
•Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
•Responsible for 105-110 employees in Monterrey office - assisting a team of 3 HR Generalists and payroll specialists.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Mexico's HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Coming from a US company or familiar with US HR policies and strategies.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency in spoken and written
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
Strong data reporting ability
Strong time management and meeting deadlines.
Previous experience with Payroll and Applicant tracking systems
