Job Description

Insight Global's Financial Services client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team remotely. This person will be responsible for L2 help desk/desktop support. You will take incoming calls to troubleshoot issues with operating systems, applications, hardware, and networking. This person will be expected to assist with 5-10 tickets a day and work on more complex issues which other L1 analysts cannot resolve.

Responsibilities include:

Resolve technical issues within established SLAs
Log and track inquiries using a ticketing system while maintaining history records
Document and maintain workflows utilized in successful issue resolution
Make recommendations to improve help desk processes
Write and update Service Desk documentation and help articles
Work with Service Desk and other teams across multiple sites, providing a high level of quality
Manage user account information in Active Directory

Compensation: $55,000-70,000/annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of help desk experience
Troubleshoot issues with operating systems, applications, hardware, and networking
Active Directory experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer service-related field
Reliable internet
