Job Description

A priority client is hiring for a HCM Integration and Reporting Lead. This role owns all reporting and data integrations coming out of Oracle HCM. You’ll lead a team that builds dashboards, reports, and data feeds that HR and leadership rely on to run the business. You’re responsible for making sure People data is accurate, governed, integrated with other systems, and easy for the business to use. It’s a mix of hands-on Oracle work, people leadership, and strategic reporting ownership. Pay will range between $170-180k.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM reporting and integration experience
· Direct experience building and maintaining:
o OTBI reports
o BI Publisher reports
o HCM Extracts
· Experience designing and supporting Oracle HCM integrations (inbound and outbound)
· Experience integrating Oracle HCM with downstream or upstream systems, such as:
o Payroll
o Benefits
o Finance
o Snowflake or data warehouses
o Active Directory or identity systems
· Experience supporting quarterly Oracle HCM updates/releases
· Experience leading or managing a reporting/integration team
· Strong understanding of People data (HR, payroll, benefits)
· Experience establishing or working within data governance and privacy frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience with Power BI
· Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics
· Advanced SQL or data modeling experience
· Experience implementing predictive or automated analytics
· Prior experience in large, complex enterprise environments
Experience creating enterprise dashboards for leadership
