Insight Global is partnering with an international manufacturing organization to hire for a temporary Executive Assistant to support the executive suite on day-to-day operations.
Main responsibilities will require supporting calendar management and travel obligations for the C-Suite. This person will also run with administrative support, correspondences, prepping for presentations, handling confidential information, and overseeing coordination of the office space.
This opportunity has the ability to convert to fulltime based off ability and performance. This role will be hybrid, working 3-4 days on site and 1-2 days remote.

-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executive or C-suite personnel
-Experienced with booking and managing travel and expense reporting
-Prior office management experience
