Product Information Management (PIM) System Ownership
Serve as the business owner of the PIM system, defining and driving its strategy, workflows, and enhancements
Oversee the management of product attributes, classifications, and data structures within the PIM system.
Collaborate with IT, sales, merchandising, and operations teams to continuously improve PIM functionality and integration with other systems
Work in partnership with the Director of Marketing Content to support marketing content needs in the PIM system
Leadership & Management
Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, including PIM system administrators and product data associates
Hold team accountable with performance-driven goals
Hold third-party vendors accountable for meeting deadlines and adhering to contractual requirements
Data Integrity & Quality Control
Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Implement best practices for data governance, validation, and enrichment to enhance the quality of product information.
Proactively identify and address data discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies.
Process Optimization & Automation
Establish and refine processes for collecting, maintaining, and updating product data, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to streamline product content management.
Work cross-functionally to reduce manual data entry and improve the overall data lifecycle.
