Job Description

- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the Kingspan brand, commercial objectives and customer segmentation.

- Collaborate with technical / building technology leaders to create a content plan for built environment / building science / building materials marketing collateral that complies with the Marketing Integrity Manual.

- Understand, interpret and critique building science, sustainability and building materials content that is clear across multiple disciplines.

- Create value propositions and key messaging that aligns with the needs of different customer segments and building sectors.

- Build thought leadership in the built environment / building materials sector and support key themes of the Group strategy both internally and externally.

- Formulate integrated marketing plans, utilizing the 7 Ps, to achieve strategic goals, brand positioning and lead generation KPIs.

- Critique dashboards, data & analytics to drive continuous improvement in marketing campaigns and create a culture that encourages improvement.

- Work with CRM and other marketing automation tools and platforms to curate customer journeys.



Travel: Travel will vary, but will be approximately 25% between industry shows, field research, intercompany meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

- Significant experience and proficiency with business computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, databases, and spreadsheets).

- Knowledge and practice of modern manufacturing techniques.

- Strong leadership skills, analytical, and problem-solving ability.

- Organizational skills; strict attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize.

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

- The ability to deal with highly complex issues and to stay calm when under pressure.
