The Digital Designer creates digital marketing assets for a variety of channels across a broad range of media, like websites, mobile, social and display campaigns, email and rich content. This role utilizes brand-minded thinking and design to deliver creative solutions that drive customer engagement with our brands. In this role, the incumbent will work with peers in marketing, product management and creative teams to fulfill these objectives - maximizing quality and meeting deadlines. This role will bring to life design, effective messaging and storytelling through working hand in hand with other creatives and cross-functional teams to highlight our products.

80% Digital Design - Uses knowledge throughout techniques create digital design concepts layouts comps moodboard/whiteboard explorations production assets; Build proficiency in design tools systems provide exceptional work on-time; Utilizes independent judgement proactively solve problems

Understanding of Print - Knowledge of direct mail, postcards, etc., though the majority of work will be digital design.
AEM - Knowledge of how email works and differences
Design Tools -
o Adobe Suite
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, fonts/installing fonts, stock photography, etc. Working-experience required (Adobe certifications are not necessary).
o Figma - Extensive use of Figma
Animation - Experience with animated heroes and GIFs.
o Slack
o Microsoft Ecosystem - Outlook, OneDrive, sharing links; understanding of shared drives and information sharing.
Photography Knowledge
Retail Background - Speed, accuracy, attention to detail, team player, cross-training, and no territorial nature.
o Fast-Paced Environment - Experience in a corporate retail environment is very helpful.
Adobe Express - Huge plus; team starting to leverage it
o Segmentation/Personalization - Direction towards segmentation and personalization; Adobe Express would be beneficial.
AI Experience - Firefly
Technical Front-End Development - Understanding of HTML and how things are built/coded (not coding but has an understanding).
