Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

- Identify and nurture target audiences, developing buyer personas and segmentation strategies.

- Conduct market research and analysis to inform demand generation efforts.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, webinars, events, and partner programs.

- Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics to optimize performance and measure ROI.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop compelling content across the buyer's journey.

- Work with revenue teams to implement and optimize marketing automation for lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion.

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Manage and empower a high-performing demand generation team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members for professional growth and departmental goals.

- Foster collaboration and alignment with the sales team for effective lead handoff, quality, and follow-up.

- Manage relationships with internal and external vendors and agencies supporting demand generation initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and meet revenue goals.

- Ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of demand generation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience with a proven track record of success in driving leads and pipeline growth.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and analytics.

- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing channels and campaign execution best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurement and performance optimization.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Passion for innovation and staying current in the marketing landscape.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics (email, SEO, paid advertising, social media, content, web analytics).

- Experience with specific marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Bombora, HubSpot, Ahrefs, MOZ, Google Suite).
