Opportunity with Team Description:
This is an exciting and fun environment where a senior resource can shine, it is dynamic and very fast paced, and the QA/Data Analyst plays a critical role interfacing with the customers and being the face of the application. The candidate will be an integral resource for providing business analysis, research, and support for an internal facing application, so they must be comfortable speaking with internal clients, asking question to understand client needs and researching data, data flows, defects and issues as well as provide call center data metrics to management and execution of application testing, training users and writing help documents and executive release summaries. The position is also a support resource for the application, so verbal and written communication skills need to be top notch. This is a high-profile team serving senior management building custom applications. Patience is a must. The existing custom application has a robust architecture in Teradata/SQL Server/Java/Javascript. The team will add new capabilities as the business needs change. The successful candidate will have excellent data tracing and troubleshooting skills, good SQL skills, and work well with a dynamic team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate that has previous experience working for AT&T that has supported, utilized or has hands on experience with the myCOACH application for an internal Quality Assurance role. In this position, you will work very closely with the developers to identify, test and assign new defects within the internal facing application. You will identify these defects by meeting with the support team, triage some of the complex support issues, helping determine the first line of technical support before assigning to a developer. You will write create, write and execute manual QA tests, record results, write and execute SQL queries, perform defect tracking, enhancements and work very closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Detailed Daily Responsibilities:
Every month, team will deploy new code, scrum meeting and sprints are one month in duration
Work with the support team, triage some of the complex support issues
You will be part of the first line before deciding when to engage a developer
QA works very closely with the developers
Define the stories, here is what you are working on, show developers what is the issue
Test the work with various types of testing regression testing for example is important and takes time
Provide feedback to team
You will create job aids for the field so they know what are new capabilities

Involvement around new releases:
Review release
Execute final testing (UAT and/or Regression testing)
Support
Field training, user training for 150k users
Active tickets, manage and address them

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous AT&T retail/call center data experience
- Data Analysis for internal facing applications All Aboard, MyCoach, MyResults
- Basic SQL with the ability to write SQL queries
- Research and reporting of retail and/or call center data
- Some end user training experience preferred
- Ability to understand a data model
- Excellent spoken and written communications
- Research and analytical skills
