Job Description

The Product Manager, Checkout & Payments is an individual contributor role responsible for defining the vision for the checkout and payments ordering journey on the Papa Johns website, and iOS and Android apps. This role reports to the Senior Director, Digital Product and collaborates with product engineering, design, operations, finance and marketing teams to deliver high-impact, scalable experiences that exceed our customers expectations and drive business outcomes.
The right candidate will showcase strong product discovery and delivery best practices, and be fluent in modern and future ecommerce user journeys and payments technology. They will also possess a customer-first, business-driven rigor in the short- and long-term decision making behind experience improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years in product management, with clear advancement in product roles
Strong background in eCommerce payment platforms, and/or SaaS products
Proven track record of scaling products and driving business impact
Successful management of high-performing product teams
B.S. or B.A in Business, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred
