A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT Senior Business Analyst ERP Functional Expert will serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing site, enabling end-to-end operational improvements through functional process design, ERP capabilities, and business-driven technology initiatives.
Pay Rate: $55 - 60/hr

- 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst, business analyst or ERP SME
- Experience working with ERP systems (Jobscope, SAP, IFS, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with workflow or visualization tools a plus
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of business systems integration and how data flows between platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
