Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for a generalist PM with strong infrastructure knowledge and formal project management expertise. You will manage several concurrent projects, starting with two larger initiatives focused on product expansion in the transformer manufacturing space. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the below responsibilities -
• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple IT infrastructure projects, starting with two major product expansion initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide status reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10 years of formal Project Management experience (preferrably IT infrastructure)
o Operations infrastructure Experience
o Applications experience
o ERP’s?
o Telecom (ex: ring cameras)
o Networking projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from cradle to grave
• Experience with manufacturing environments and product expansion projects
• Familiarity with iterative methodologies (primarily waterfall; not Agile)
• Ability to manage teams of 8–15 people across functional areas
• Previous background in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Planner.
• PMP or other formal PM certifications.
