Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Program Leader to oversee the deployment of an ERP system at our Small Molecule API manufacturing site in Athens, GA. This 6-12mos project aims to replace the existing ERP system with a new, state-of-the-art, modern ERP. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the Site IT department, the deployment team, and site personnel, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as the main point of contact between the IT department, deployment team, and Site Program Office.
Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient implementation.
Site System and Infrastructure Change Management: Infrastructure, configuration changes, testing, etc. for site systems integrated with TranSCend (e.g., ePES MLL PCs, label printers rinters, barcode scanners, RFs, ePES OPC)
Site System and Infrastructure Inventory and Document Management: Update Technical SOP, WIs, JJTS device Inventory
Issue Management: Identify, track, and resolve project-related issues and risks, escalating to senior management, as necessary.
Data Migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition from the old system to the new ERP.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the ERP system and related processes.
Assess: Create an inventory of existing legacy ERP system interfaces and connected devices (e.g., Lab instrumentation, Label printers, rf guns).
Deliver: Ensure all appropriate remediations are carried out on time, on scope, on budget. For example, acquisition and installation of new QCL (Quality Control Lab) instrumentation because legacy instruments do not integrate or function as required with the new ERP.
Harmonize Transcend, Digital and IT technical requirements. This includes understanding the technical capabilities that are coming with Transcend and other Digital investments approved for BP 25. Adjust Integrated Roadmap if there are conflicts or gaps. For example, Transcend is bringing technical capabilities we had another technology delivering in BP 25, then we would evaluate which direction to go, with a bias towards Transcend.
