Job Description

The Compensation & HR Operations Specialist will support global compensation programs, HR systems administration, and ongoing process improvement within Workday. This role is responsible for managing core compensation cycles, driving data accuracy, supporting incentive programs, and providing high‑quality reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate has strong HR operations experience, advanced Workday knowledge, and a passion for improving processes through automation and technology.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer compensation programs, including merit cycles, bonus/short‑term incentive plans, and long‑term incentive plans (Workday).
• Support global compensation processes, job evaluations, job profiles, and Radford job methodology alignment.
• Manage and maintain Workday data related to compensation, performance management, goals, learning management, and HR reporting.
• Perform Workday EIB uploads, audits, and system data clean‑up to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support sales incentive programs and related compensation administration.
• Partner cross‑functionally to support employee rewards & recognition, relocation administration, and global reporting needs.
• Generate compensation, compliance, and HR analytics reports (Workday), including automation and dashboard improvements.
• Lead small‑ to mid‑scale HR projects focused on process enhancement, system optimization, and workflow automation.
• Provide strong administrative support for HR programs and ensure alignment with internal procedures and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Exposure to Workday (compensation/administration)
- Strong excel skills (can make a pivot table)
- Project management (being able to juggle multiple projects)
