Insight Global's client in the fleet industry is looking for a Violations Specialist (Data Entry) to assist with the organization of traffic violations coming in through mail. You will be responsible for processing incoming violation (citation) notices for payment, mail violation materials, and respond to customer inquiries. This will involve gathering mail from the mailroom, sorting the mail, and researching it. There are two kinds of violations that you'll be sorting out, toll violations & general traffic violations. You will be responsible for sorting the violations and entering data (typically license plate numbers) into the client's proprietary database.
