A client of Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead a high-priority contract profiling initiative within the GCO Business Contracts area, delivered on an enterprise analytics platform (BDAP), which is built on Azure and Databricks. The project focuses on profiling legal contracts to extract, standardize, and validate key metadata and clauses for reporting, reconciliation, and compliance oversight. These contracts are currently processed manually or stored in semi-structured formats, making downstream analysis difficult. We are building an automated solution that:
Ingests structured and semi-structured contract files from multiple business sources.
Parses and normalizes contractual fields such as contract dates, pricing structures, clause types, and customer identifiers.
Applies configurable logic to flag missing, invalid, or non-compliant data points.
Generates outputs that feed curated views and dashboards used by compliance, legal, and operational teams.
The toolset includes a rules engine, metadata model, validation framework, and dashboards for contract health, exception reporting, and trend analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring timely execution of sprints and adherence to agreed milestones.
Work closely with Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to align priorities and unblock delivery issues.
Act as the central point of coordination for all stakeholder groups including Legal, Finance, and Compliance ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
Oversee integration of the solution into BAU operations post-launch, with attention to data quality, governance, and ongoing enhancements.
The pay rate ranges based off years of experience between $50-70/hour.
