Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Change Delivery Manager responsible for enabling and directing multidiscipline squads to deliver value to business units through creating the right environment for the team to succeed and deliver, helping the team to self-organize and create a culture of learning and transparency.
You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing organizational projects and initiatives to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
You will motivate and ensure the teams and squads collaborate and focus on the priorities. Coaching to facilitate continuous improvement, utilizing retrospectives and lessons learned and applying the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques. You are responsible for making sure there is an iterative delivery plan for each project to work towards, directing squad/sprint priorities with Product Owners to ensure overall themes and project phases are coordinated, planned, communicated, and delivered effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the budget and associated resources are monitored and tracked, using appropriate governance frameworks to escalate risk and issues. The salary range for this role is between $120-125K, and requires every Wednesday onsite in Alpharetta.

• Deliver projects using Agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and benefits are realized.
• Proactively identify and manage inter squad dependencies, overcoming obstacles, and getting the best value against constraints.
• Work with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to align forward guidance with development lifecycle stages, ensuring appropriate environments are ready and available for each stage of activity.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the project delivery plan for each project, tracking and reporting progress to Senior Exec audiences.
• Proactively plan for the Change Management workstream within projects, including change impact assessment, communications plan, business readiness assessments, plans for UAT and Hypercare phases.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and the ability to tailor messages to the audience.
• Empower the squads to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions
• Ensure Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies are identified early and actively managed, with a clear process for escalation.
• Facilitate lessons learned and embed the learning to ensure the positive lessons are repeated and that detrimental impacts are avoided.
• Responsible for financial tracking and reporting of the project.
• Maintain accurate documentation and apply the appropriate governance for every project.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT PMO experience, recent InfoSec initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required
• Excellent understanding and significant experience of delivering software through scaled Agile and lean practice
• Strong project / programme management skills
• Proven experience of delivering technical projects / changes in complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Change Management methodologies
• Experience in leadership and facilitation, capable of bringing people together and unifying them to deliver a common goal
• Strong skills in setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business goals through collaborative working
• Experienced in identifying and articulating risks / impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making
• Excellent communicator with advanced presentation skills
• Collaborative and able to influence without authority
• Highly organized with a proactive, solution focused mindset
• Experience working with AI tools
