Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to build and enhance ServiceNow capabilities that support scalable, efficient IT service management. This role will focus on configuration and development across ITSM modules, with a strong emphasis on integrations and API-driven solutions. This resource would ideally have background in a Business Analyst capacity with excellent written and communication skills to be able to capture requirements, deliver and demo to 3rd party vendors, and iterate upon the work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Request, Problem, Change).
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, and scripted REST APIs.
• Collaborate with platform owners, process owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the platform.
The pay ranges based on years of experience between $55-65/hour.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on ITSM and Integrations.
• Proven experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs.
• Experience working in agile/sprint-based delivery models.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (Application Developer, CSA).
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and APIs.
