We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in automation frameworks, AI augmented testing, Playwright, and test management leadership using qTest. The ideal candidate excels in building robust automated testing solutions, driving quality engineering practices, and leading test strategy across Agile teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and API automation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of modern Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience leading test efforts within qTest (test suites, traceability, reporting).
• Knowledge of AI testing methods, generative AI tools, and LLM-based test augmentation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
