5+ years supporting AT&T enterprise telecom platforms, with deep domain knowledge across Broadband and Business services
• Extensive experience with AT&T products: Dedicated Internet, IP Broadband, Business Fiber, Office at Hand, Dynamic Defense, Business Voice
• Operates as a Technical Project Manager and Agile practitioner in SAFe and Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Core strength in Service Assurance and Platform Reliability:
o Led Tier 1 production support and major incident management
o Drove root cause analysis and defect reduction (30% decrease in recurring incidents)
o Focused on production readiness, risk mitigation, and service quality
• Strong experience across relevant platforms and applications:
• ServiceNow ITSM, HALO, Siebel CRM, Broadband, Ethernet
• Azure based services and workflow driven microservices
