Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a junior, staff level Pegasystems (Pega) Developer to support Government & Public Sector engagements for a premier consulting company. This individual must be a certified Pega Systems Architect with experience working within an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications to automate and optimize government processes
• Configure case management, decision management, and user interfaces using Pega tools
• Implement workflow rules, business logic, and integration points within Pega applications
• Collaborate with deal team and government stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with the end client's architecture standards
Suggest improvements to application architecture and ensure compliance with guardrails and best practice

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Pegasystems developer
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including customer interactions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with government & public sector engagements
