Insight Global is looking for a Network Engineer with expertise in Juniper leaf switches and JunOS upgrades to assist our client in their software and hardware upgrades and migrations. This person should have a strong background in Juniper (preferably JNCIA or higher), an ability to create methods of procedure to be followed, and have a in-depth knowledge of BGP and cloud provider connections. This candidate will spend the 6-8 weeks familiarizing themselves with the environment, then begin to create the technical documentation. The first upgrade is projected to begin in August. The project is expected to last 1 to 1.5 years with the potential to extend.

- Hands-on experience with configurations and upgrades of Juniper
- JNCIA certified
- Demonstrated experience creating MOPs for upgrades and migrations
- Thorough working knowledge of BGP Routing protocol
- Experience with VXLAN and VPN for cloud deployments
- Comfortability with some maintenance window work
