Job Description

Provide senior leadership across global service delivery, technical support, engineering, and project management functions, ensuring scalable, high‑performing operations aligned with global best practices. Own performance oversight across SLAs, KPIs, MTBFs, and productivity metrics, while managing critical hardware inventory and end‑of‑life planning to ensure uninterrupted customer support. Drive digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, with strong governance, cost control, and risk management. Deliver regular financial and strategic updates to the COO and partner closely with global finance and procurement teams to ensure audit compliance and secure competitive supplier agreements. Lead, mentor, and develop the local leadership team, manage HR matters in collaboration with global HR, invest in succession planning and leadership development, and inspire teams to perform in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of senior executive leadership within multinational IT services organizations
- Proven success leading complex, global operations across diverse customer environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with a strong track record of commercial and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of global IT service delivery models and evolving technology landscapes
