issues, perform impact analysis, monitor system health, and remediate policy/order-related
failures efficiently.
This position is ideal for engineers who are passionate about enabling operational excellence
through smart automation, data-driven insights, and scalable internal platforms. Your
contributions will directly enhance service reliability, reduce downtime, and improve customer
trust in our insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend tools and services that support operations workflows,
including issue triage, order/policy remediation, and RCA automation.
Build internal dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and alerting systems to provide visibility
into operational health and KPIs.
Work with large-scale datasets in Databricks to drive operational insights, anomaly
detection, and impact analysis.
Leverage AWS services (such as Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch,
etc.) to build tools and automation that enhance system monitoring, visibility, and
operational effectiveness.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident reviews, helping to improve system reliability
and operational response.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Product, and Engineering to
understand business pain points, provide feedback, and help drive improvements across
the product and operational workflows.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality through code reviews and design
discussions.
