Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the lottery products and services industry is hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team! This company is a global leader in providing customized, end-to-end gaming solutions to lottery and gaming organizations worldwide and develops an array of products and services including instant lottery games, lottery gaming systems, terminals and services, and Internet applications, as well as server-based interactive gaming machines.

This individual will be the face of the organization to all guests, vendors, and employees that enter the facility! The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting any visitors, checking them in and registering them, answering and triaging all calls, and performing administrative tasks in support of facilities and procurement. The ideal individual should have excellent customer service experience and a warm, welcoming presence. They should be skilled in Excel, Outlook, and able to learn other tools quickly with training. This individual will be expected to work 5 days a week onsite in the Alpharetta office.

Required Skills & Experience

- Excellent customer service skills and prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Experience answering, triaging, and transferring external calls, checking in guests, etc.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Tools.
- Ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly (will be working in Oracle and ProLease to perform tasks)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Oracle (creating requisitions, requesting POs, etc.)
- Experience with ProLease
