Job Description

A premier logistics technology and services company is looking for a Director of Sales for Implemention to join their team. This person will be responsible for driving growth for a leading supply chain engineering firm as the Director of Sales, Implementation, and will be focused on selling complex WMS, OMS, and TMS transformation programs across enterprise clients, retailers, and 3PLs. This role is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing multi-site, multi-phase implementations while partnering closely with delivery leadership to ensure feasible, high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates bring deep platform experience, strong warehouse operations credibility, and a proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This is a high-impact role where success is defined by building pipeline, closing $3M–$10M+ programs, and expanding long-term client partnerships. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication, be a team player, and open to travel.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Proven track record closing $3M–$10M+ transformation deals (not staff augmentation or software resale)
Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close complex opportunities across 3PLs, retailers, and enterprise clients
Experience leading multi-stakeholder deal cycles (COOs, CIOs, CFOs, warehouse leaders, procurement, and platform vendors)
Strong warehouse operations credibility (ability to speak to go-live risk, floor disruption, labor constraints, inbound/outbound processes, etc.)
Deep expertise with at least one major platform: Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle, or Blue Yonder
Ability to lead technical discovery and program shaping, including scope, timeline, governance, staffing, and pricing
Experience ensuring deal quality and delivery alignment (capacity, timelines, margin, and execution feasibility)
Proven ability to differentiate against platform vendor professional services teams
Strong track record of self-sourced pipeline generation (partner networks, referrals, industry relationships, outbound)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working within 3PL environments and navigating multi-party client dynamics
Experience selling alongside or against platform vendor PS teams
Understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements → go-live → stabilization)
