Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Content Strategist to support a Customer Experience Design organization. The content strategist will sit onsite 3 days a week in Alpharetta, GA. The role will be focused on content strategy for an experience design team that is designing a mobile app. Candidates will be skilled in Tone, Brand and Voice, as well as creating and implementing strategy to enhance new application features. Candidates may also participate in copywriting or UX writing to be able to create new content for customer experiences. Candidates will be expected to develop strategies and execute on content to help UX Designers and Researchers expand on the companies brand and digital presence within this application and achieve their business objectives through B2C deliverables. On a day to day candidates will contribute to design reviews and Content Strategy sessions, review new prototypes to makes sure they accurately represent content strategies, and write, edit and implement writing based on customer centric mobile application goals.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a Content Strategy role
Background with UX Writing, information architecture and page layout strategy
Knowledge of mobile app strategy and product design environments
Understanding of end-to-end customer experiences to ensure Content Strategy is consistent in voice, tone and brand construction
Proficient background of modern technology and how it integrates within design organizations or enhances design organizations
Ability to take initiative and strong attention to detail
Experience in an agile environment and communicating with stakeholders, such as UX Designers and Experience Design Managers
Understanding of Figma and design related tools
Portfolio that shows case studies of content strategy projects
