The Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and leadership development across the Southeast region, with primary focus on the high-growth markets of Georgia (Atlanta metro and surrounding areas), Birmingham, Huntsville, and Chattanooga. This position provides executive-level oversight to Branch Managers, ensuring consistent high performance, profitability, and alignment with company objectives while building a scalable, high-performing regional operation in one of the fastest-growing corridors in the United States.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in collections, credit, finance, or operations.
• Previous experience in construction-related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site or regional operations.
• Deep understanding of the Southeast business landscape, particularly Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee markets, is a significant advantage.
• Proven strategic thinking and business development skills with the ability to drive results in competitive markets.
• Strong leadership presence with demonstrated success in developing and elevating high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/financial software (Sage experience strongly preferred).
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound business judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and solve complex problems proactively.
