Job Description

Insight Global is proud to partner with a private early childhood education center in Orlando/Windermere, FL to hire a dedicated and visionary Preschool Director. This role provides day-to-day leadership for a vibrant preschool community serving children from infancy through pre-kindergarten.

The Preschool Director will lead with compassion and purpose, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the social, emotional, and intellectual development of every child. This individual will oversee the daily operations of the school, guide and support educators, and cultivate meaningful relationships with families and the broader community. A key focus of this role is to uphold the integrity of the dual-language program while ensuring high standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide strong, empathetic leadership to a team of early childhood educators, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
-Ensure the delivery of high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum in both Portuguese and English.
-Maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment that reflects the values of the school and supports each childs unique journey.
-Drive enrollment growth through strategic outreach, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
-Build and sustain trusting relationships with families, fostering a welcoming and culturally responsive school culture.
-Oversee operational and financial aspects of the school, aligning business strategies with educational excellence.
-Serve as a visible and active ambassador for the school -within the local community and early childhood education networks.

Required Skills & Experience

-Must be fluent in Portuguese
-A Bachelors degree in Education is preferred (Equivalent combination of AA degree, training, and 3-5 years' experience in the field of Education will be considered)
-VPK Endorsement is required
-A minimum of 3 years of ECE managerial experience with strong performance results

Prior Director experience is a plus
