Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join one of our companies in the cannabis industry. As an Executive Assistant with Paralegal Experience, you will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the CEO, encompassing executive-level tasks such as calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence handling, alongside crucial legal duties like research, document preparation, and contract review. You will draft and edit legal documents, coordinate with internal and external legal teams, and meticulously maintain legal files and confidential records. This role also demands the management of special projects, preparation of executive materials, and the handling of sensitive information with utmost discretion, while further supporting HR, compliance, and risk management through legal documentation and record-keeping, ensuring seamless operational support within a fast-paced environment. The base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with a discretionary annual bonus.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and contract management
• Experience reading, reviewing, and redlining contractual agreements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Paralegal certifications
