Job Description

Our Client is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage the maintenance team, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production machinery and facility systems. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs, supervising electrical, mechanical, and tooling activities, and ensuring all work meets established safety and workmanship standards. The Maintenance Supervisor will drive continuous improvement by identifying maintenance issues, troubleshooting equipment and facility challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and supporting TPM initiatives such as Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Planned Maintenance. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with engineering on equipment layouts, facility modifications, and tooling needs, manages maintenance inventories and contractors, tracks KPIs to support data‑driven decisions, contributes to budgeting and policy development, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of machinery.
• Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in supervisory positions utilizing a combination of technical, managerial and financial expertise.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in Industrial/Manufacturing industry
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations related to plant operations and maintenance
• Building and leading teams, understanding business acumen and finances
• Must have mathematical skills necessary to understand maintenance projects, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting Electronics in Industrial Equipment and Automation
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes with workload and projects
• Ability to work safely, individually and with team members.
• Must have excellent skills in coordinating efforts of diverse personnel.
• Ability to travel occasionally (domestic).

Salary: $67,000-$90,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
Schedule: Fri-Sun 5:00pm – 5:00am
