• Configure and maintain Zscaler services (ZIA/ZPA)
• Monitor traffic policies and enforce security standards
• Collaborate with network/security teams for integration
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
• Perform audits and health checks on configurations
• Document changes and best practices
Stay updated on Zscaler features and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years in network security or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and secure web gateways
• Skilled in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with troubleshooting ZDX
• Experience with Branch Connectors
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP)
• Experience with SD-WAN and Zscaler integration
• Knowledge of cloud networking/security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to SIEM tools and log analysis
Enterprise-scale Zscaler deployment experience
