The VP of Career Services is responsible for the oversight, development, and ongoing evaluation of Career Services production, specifically within the Corporate Alliance arm of the business. The VP will be responsible for providing operational leadership, overseeing corporate alliance alignment, and business development efforts. The organization is looking for a strong communicator who is able to lead with care, solve complex problems, process improve, and have a strong impact on the business.

- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 10+ years of experience within Staffing related business or Career Services
- Strong track record of success
- Experience implementing and being held to KPIs
- Experience implementing new processes and facing complex challenges
- Experience implementing strategies that have a direct impact on business results
- Experience motivating and developing senior leaders
